OFCCP Reports

Monster's new OFCCP reporting functionality enables you to view a comprehensive collection of reports to help identify compliance issues and respond to the OFCCP in the event of an audit.

There are two reporting options available:

Standard Reports

These free, online reports provide you with the last 90 days work of the data—including hyperlinks to Job Postings and Resume search details. They are viewable in Microsoft Excel format and allow you to view one job folder at a time.

Premium Reports

Even more comprehensive, these offline, Monster-generated data packages include all resume and Job Posting details, can be downloaded directly to your computer and are available monthly, quarterly or annually.

Along with full tracking and reporting capabilities, Premium Reports provide your compliance officers with highly valuable, centralized data on how your company is meeting its overall OFCCP requirements.

Unlike Standard Reports, you can report on all your job folders in a combined view in the timeframe you specify. Compliance officers, without a Monster username and password, can manipulate the downloaded data without an Internet connection. Premium Reports are available on a one-time or subscription basis in Microsoft Excel format.
