For example, with Monster’s new Snapshot feature, applicant resumes are saved exactly as they sent them. So even if a job seeker edits or deletes his/her resume, you have a permanent record of how the resume appeared at the time the seeker applied, or at the time you copied the resume to a folder during a resume search.

In addition, Monster automatically keeps an audit trail of all actions you perform on resumes, such as:

• Copying or moving resumes from one folder to another
• Creating or editing notes pertaining to specific resumes
• Updating a seeker’s priority, round or disposition status
• Sending saved letters to job seekers
• Forwarding resumes via email
